Based on 78 focus groups conducted from October 20, 2008-February 6, 2009 with 964 participants, this report seeks to understand the mind-set of participants living in Southern Sudan and the Three Areas as they approach the national election scheduled for April 2010.

The CSRF, hosted by Saferworld and swisspeace, was established in 2016 to support the aid sector in South Sudan to be more conflict-sensitive. We provide analysis, convene discussions, share learning, and support capacities to strengthen positive contributions to peace and reduce the risks of unintended harm. Together we are building a movement for better aid in South Sudan.
