Module 1 – Foundational Concepts
Welcome to the Conflict Sensitivity Resource Facility’s Introduction to Conflict Sensitivity online course. The CSRF was set up in 2016 as a ‘public good,’ helping to support the conflict sensitivity of the aid sector in South Sudan. Our goal is to help aid initiatives take significant and measurable steps to avoid causing or exacerbating conflict, instead contributing to peace whenever possible. CLICK. We do this through institutional support and capacity building to donors, development and humanitarian actors working in South Sudan. We produce research and analysis on conflict related topics, strengthen capacities for conflict sensitivity, and convene aid actors to collectively analyze and act on tough conflict sensitivity challenges.
