This report includes a summary of bilateral discussions with South Sudanese officials on economic developments and policies. The discussions were conducted in a context affected by different challenges including armed conflict, fractured politics, feeble institutions and capacity, underdevelopment, corruption, and an economic crisis. The report also includes a number of recommendations.
