This report (2010) makes a capacity analysis of the Government of South Sudan based on reviewing several capacity building providers, including universities and implementers and based on a literature review and interviews with GoSS officials.

The CSRF, hosted by Saferworld and swisspeace, was established in 2016 to support the aid sector in South Sudan to be more conflict-sensitive. We provide analysis, convene discussions, share learning, and support capacities to strengthen positive contributions to peace and reduce the risks of unintended harm. Together we are building a movement for better aid in South Sudan.
