Local Peace Processes in Sudan: A Baseline Study

This report is a review of the literature on local peace processes in Sudan, from the 1980s to 2006. It presents such processes by a series of case studies of particularly significant local peace processes.

The CSRF, hosted by Saferworld and swisspeace, was established in 2016 to support the aid sector in South Sudan to be more conflict-sensitive. We provide analysis, convene discussions, share learning, and support capacities to strengthen positive contributions to peace and reduce the risks of unintended harm. Together we are building a movement for better aid in South Sudan.
